I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and relatively spacious for a Japanese hotel, though a bit dark during the day. The service was friendly and helpful overall, with some minor language difficulties. The location was convenient for access to public transportation and attractions, but not within walking distance to many places. The dining options were good with a nice variety of food. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience with a few minor drawbacks.
